Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. I bought my first LP from them in ‘79 and have been... a customer ever since as I got more and more into music. Great shop.A SuggestionI just wish the website had a ‘pick up’ option so I could buy something and collect it from the shop. Instead I phone and have it put to one side for me. Not a problem, as the staff are very helpful but it would make it quicker for everyone.read more

Very helpful staff--thanks Barbara and Adam!They have the widest range of Seagull guitars in... Ireland that is available to view online. It was important for me to check the shops in Ireland as I wanted to shop locally.I was looking particularly for Seagull S6 Black A/E which no one had stock in Ireland. There were exchanges of emails between myself and the staff to inquire about availability, whether they can order in, when will it arrive, etc.They ordered in for me directly from Seagull but it took a while to arrive in Ireland as manufacturing had to stop due to the pandemic.When the item arrived in their shop, they reached out to me to let me know that they have the guitar in stock. Ordered it in and they shipped to me the same day! Got the instrument the following day.Genuine people, excellent staff, and very good customer service.Very pleased I shopped with them as I had a very good customer experience.No doubts would approach them again if needed again in the future.read more

Great value on all instruments. Competitively priced. Friendly staff. Been buying musical equipment... from them for over 23yrs now. Bought Roland Fa-08 with Adam's assistance a few years back. Wasn't sure between Korg..Yamaha and Roland. Adam showed me similar synths and digital pianos that had same keyboard bed and hammer action. From that my decision was simplified. Though they didn't have fa-08 88 key version in stock they ordered it in for me and price was very competitive to other retailers if not better when you buy accessories on the day.I like to spend locally where I can and have that support back up if needed. They repaired gemsx2 and korg m1 synths for me too to excellent standard in the past. . Beautiful range of seagull acoustic guitars... my favorite acoustic brand. Plan to go back soon. Wish the team there the best.read more
