Classical Guitar Starter Packs FAQ

Classical guitars use soft nylon strings rather than steel, making them much gentler on young or unconditioned fingertips. They are widely recommended by school music teachers and private tutors as the best entry point for learning proper finger technique.
Classical guitars are traditionally played using fingers (fingerstyle), but beginners can certainly use soft or medium plectrums while learning basic strumming patterns and songs.
