  • Called in for some advice on a digital piano. I met Trevor who gave me all the information I needed and took his time explaining all I needed to know.   • Had been hunting for a piece of equipment (table clamp) for hubby for what seems like months, Google no, Amazon no...so spoke to friend in Dublin, who told me to look at your website, and there it was!!   • Great store! I bought a Breedlove mandolin from them that I could not find anywhere. It took some time to deliver to St.Petersburg, Russia, but it arrived safe and as advertised. Great instrument, informed staff. Many thanks to Adam and Phil!

  • What a fantastic company. I found this little gems website, the process was simple, clear and delivered in record time. I had a slight dilemma with getting my order to my daughter for Christmas and keeping it a surprise, I sadly won’t be able to make it home to Ireland. They not only got back to me extremely promptly but they went above and beyond and honestly touched my heart at how brilliantly human this business is. The staff, Adam particularly was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will not hesitate to use The Sound Shop (and they are the soundest around...) in the future.
    To be honest after this interaction I’ll likely use only them going forward for my little musician! Thank you guys again.

  • I recently purchased an accordion bag from the Sound Shop. After a couple of uses it started tearing.   • What a service! Thank you very much for making good what seemed lost in such a surprising way. We all forget things every now and again and I would have had not too much of a problem with this. To get the item delivered on the next working day to my door, to a different county even, is just showing how much they care. And they are very helpful in the shop and over the phone. I can highly recommend them.
    A very big thank you. It is installed and they look super and hold those string instruments nicely in the slatted wall!
