With our Click & Collect, Pick Up In Store service you can order online and collect in our store at your convenience, here’s how: add your item/s to the shopping cart, add your details and make the necessary payment and then select pickup in store, You will receive an email when your item/s are ready for collection.

 

 

 

 

Click & Collect, Pick Up In Store Terms & Conditions

  • When placing an order on the Sound Shop website (www.soundshop.ie) you will be given the option to choose our Pick Up In Store service. This enables customers to order items online and collect the item/s instore at their convenience.

  • When placing an order you will be asked to provide payment information, agreeing that the payment is processed at that time of the order and not instore upon collection (Pick Up In Store items MUST be paid for at the time of ordering).

  • When placing an order using our Click and Collect service and multiple items are ordered ALL items must be collected at the same time.

  • You will be asked to provide personal data such as your full name, email and billing address. An active email and billing address are necessary. If you do not have a valid active email address, you will not be eligible to use our Pick Up In Store service.

  • Once your payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email which will include details such as your name, address, information on the item/s purchased.

  • You will then receive another email when your order is ready for collection. If your order is placed before 12:00pm under normal circumstances your order will be ready for collection on the same day.

  • Customers will have a maximum of 7 DAYS to collect their order.

  • Please Note! you will not be permitted to pick up your click and collect order without presenting your order confirmation email instore.

  • You may be asked instore for proof of identity so please bring a valid ID with you.

  • If you wish for somebody else to collect your order, they must have proof or purchase and a Valid ID.

  • All customers collecting items will be asked for their signature as proof of collection.

  • In the event that an item is purchased and for some reason the item is no longer available, the customer will be contacted directly by a member of our staff to arrange a refund or discuss if an alternative product can be substituted.
